Dale Hensel

As a goal-oriented chief executive and visionary business entrepreneur, Mr. Hensel has demonstrated multi-faceted expertise in founding companies over the past ten years. Highlights include: Business Development, Public Company experience as CEO, Purchase of over 250 rental units over two and half years, real estate consulting, note origination, and the development of hard money lending for private investors.

Hensel is a founder and former  President and Chief Executive Officer of a Texas based Real Estate Company.

 

Ryan Harper

Ryan Harper was honorably discharged from the Navy in 1997, as a Third Class Petty Officer. After working with a local electrician, this ambitious young man branched out, starting his own electric company in 2000. Hard Wire Electric has grown into a significant presence in the Salt Lake City area. By implementing new models for improvement and systemizing his business, Mr. Harper has been able to keep up with the fast growing demand in the area, achieving triple digit growth through 2006. As a parallel career, Harper builds homes in addition to the homes his company wires. Harper focuses on expanding his portfolio of developing, and building, increasing the quality and number of homes built simultaneously in the Salt Lake/Ogden area.

 

Brad Costanzo
